Dr. Hy Zamft has a Ph. D. in Education Administration and Supervision from Fordham University. He is a certified New York City/State school teacher and the founder and administrator of In-Service Education Institute of New York, Inc. He is also president of Zamft Tutoring, Inc. Hy specializes in one-on-one and very small group tutoring for standardized tests. Hy has extensive experience with students who learn differently. Email Hy!
